THE ESCORTS
My wife first showed signs of forgetfulness about ten years ago...
“Part memoir, part survival guide, The Escorts by Malcolm Duff chronicles a songwriter's touching journey through the reality of caring for a loved one. As his wife is dragged into the darkness of Alzheimer's disease, he recalls his own path to finding the light and the steps to keep a caregiver's life from falling apart.
Moved by song, steeped in loneliness, yet brimming with spirit and humanity, and ultimately filled with hope, The Escorts is a tribute to the depths of compassion and a monument to the fragile joy of living.
